Overview of The Singleton Beach Community

Located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surfwatch Resort, there is no shortage of things to do in the area. Whether you choose to make the scenic walk to Collier Beach (approximately 700 yards) or take the beach shuttle*, old and young alike are sure to be pleased by our beautiful white sand beaches and relatively small crowds year-round. When it’s time to take a break from the sun, be sure to drop by “Coco’s on the Beach” to grab a refreshing frozen drink or a quick bite to eat- all without leaving Collier Beach! Aside from the beach, Chaplin Oceanside Park is located a mere 100 yards away and houses a multitude of tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, baseball diamonds, and soccer fields, as well as a playground, dog park, and restrooms. Finally, when the day starts to draw to a close, why not top off the night by enjoying some of the finest waterfront shopping, dining, and entertainment** on the island at Shelter Cove Towne Center, just a short bike ride or drive down the road (1.5 miles).
